INSTALLATION
To install CSI PhotoLab demo plug-ins simply copy them into your Adobe Photoshop Plug-ins folder and launch Photoshop.

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. INSTEAD, PROMPTLY RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE TO CYTOPIA SOFTWARE INCORPORATED FOR A FULL REFUND. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to the terms as they appear in this Agreement:
"Cytopia" means Cytopia Software Incorporated.
"The Softwareﾓ ("Software") means the computer software and documentation included in this package.
License Grant
Cytopia grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software and Documentation, provided that you agree to the following:
1. Install the Software in a single location on a hard disk or other storage device on a single computer for use by a single user.
2. Make one backup copy of the Software, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer.
You may not:
Run the Software on computers other than those for which licenses were issued.
Remove or alter any of Cytopia's copyright notices from any components of Software or Documentation.
Sublicense, rent or lease all or part of the Software.
Use the Software with the intent to violate any of Cytopia's user licensing schemes.
Copyright and Other Restrictions
The Software is copyrighted with all rights reserved. None of the components of the Software may be copied, removed or altered, in whole or part, for any unauthorized use.
Limited Warranty
Cytopia warrants the media on which the Software is distributed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from your receipt of the Software. Cytopia will replace defective media at no charge to you, provided you return such media to Cytopia within 90 days of receiving it. If Cytopia is unable to provide a replacement, Cytopia will refund the price you paid for The Software. In some locales the replacement period may be different.
CYTOPIA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
No Cytopia distributor, dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty.
No Liability for Consequential Damages
In no event will Cytopia, its licensees, distributors or dealers be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of data or business opportunities, resulting from the Software, either alone or in conjunction with other software.
General
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Cytopia. It is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Restricted Rights Legend
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause in DFAR 52.227-7013 or the equivalent clause in FAR 52.227-14, whichever is applicable.
